Why can I not enable hosting?

In order to enable hosting your business profile must be complete. To access and complete your host business profile visit your Profile, go to the Hosting section and select “Manage.”

On the Host Settings screen complete the business profile form including the operating hours of your business. This becomes the availability of your spots and cannot be skipped.

Once you have a completed profile you will be able to enable hosting.

Important note: You will not be listed as a host until you have created at least one Jam Spot.
